AIA Insurance
In 2019, AIA Insurance partnered with the Sri Lanka Cancer Society to mark the centennial year of AIA Group. This meaningful collaboration began with a Memorandum of Understanding, through which AIA pledged to donate Rupees One Hundred (100/-) for every new policy sold during the year. These funds were directed toward enhancing the quality of care and comfort we offer to cancer patients in need, as well as driving awareness around the prevention and treatment of cancer which is a growing concern in Sri Lanka. Recognizing the impact of this work, AIA has renewed its partnership annually, continuing to support our mission with generosity and commitment.
Central Finance
Central Finance Company PLC (CFC) has signed a one-year Memorandum of Understanding with the Sri Lanka Cancer Society which came into effect on 26th November 2024. Through this initiative, CFC has committed to contributing a sum of Rupees Five Hundred (Rs. 500/-) on behalf of each new credit facility granted to customers across Sri Lanka. These contributions, allocated between our Colombo and Kandy branches, will be donated to the Sri Lanka Cancer Society in support of its noble mission to enhance the welfare of cancer patients, including the procurement of essential medication and equipment. This partnership reflects CFC’s ongoing commitment to making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
