I joined the Cancer Society as the hony treasurer in year 1980, serving continuously in the executive committee up to now,
in various capacities. Throughout the period spanning over 40 years,
it has given me great satisfaction to have been part of the governing committee of the Society,
who have maintained high standards with an unblemished record in service and accountability.
There in no doubt that the selfless services rendered by the Society, battling against the dreaded disease Cancer,
has alleviated the suffering of those afflicted and helped in prevention.
